Warsaw

For the May holidays, Winnica Natale, which received two bronze medals for its wines at the WINOPL competition this year, will hold a wine festival — Majówka w Winnicy. The owners will offer vineyard tours, wine tastings, and a cozy picnic by the fire. Book your spot here.

At the historic estate near Warsaw, Radonie Dwór, the Majówka will take place, with a wide variety of entertainment. From May 1st to May 4th, you can enjoy homemade treats, a bar with drinks, a food truck with hot snacks, and even a classical music concert in the park. Tickets here.

On May 11, Warsaw will host a unique event combining cinema and fine dining. Guests will watch the Norwegian film "Tales from the Far North" at Muranów cinema and then head to a tasting dinner at MUND restaurant in the PURO hotel. A special menu, inspired by the film, will immerse guests in the atmosphere of the Scandinavian North through all the senses. On May 17th, IV Wawerska Fiesta Balonowa will take place at Plaża Romantyczna in Warsaw. This is a balloon festival that attracts thousands of people every year. It’s a chance to fly in a hot air balloon, spin in a giant gyroscope, or watch an air acrobatics show. The organizers promise an unforgettable time with amazing exhibitions and performances. Until May 14th, at Willa Gawrońskich, you can visit the exhibition "Romantyczny Brutalizm”, dedicated to Polish design. The exhibition features works by 24 Polish artists who explore the polar contrasts in Polish art. Krakow

From April 28th to May 3rd, OFF CAMERA will take place in Krakow, an open-air cinema festival offering a unique opportunity to watch the best global films under the sky, while enjoying the atmosphere of the historic city. On May 11, Kraków will transform into the green capital of matcha! Lodz

On May 4th, the Pałac Herbsta Museum and the Museum of Cinematography in Lodz will host an important historical event, celebrating 100 years since the death of Władysław Reymont and the 50th anniversary of the cult adaptation of his work "Ziemia Obiecana" (The Promised Land). The event will feature historical reenactments with actors dressed in 19th-century costumes, and attendees will have the opportunity to learn how the life of the city and its inhabitants changed. On May 17th-18th, Poznan will host the annual WINOWACJE 2025 festival, where visitors can explore the winemaking tradition of the region. Szczecin

From May 23rd to 25th, Festiwal Wina Pomorza Zachodniego (Western Pomerania Wine Festival) will celebrate its fifth anniversary in Szczecin. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the culture and history of winemaking on the western coast of Poland. As part of Noc Muzeów (Night of Museums), on May 18th in the National Museum of Wroclaw, there will be a lecture dedicated to Impressionism. Gdansk

On May 16-17, Gdansk will host the annual Festiwal Hevelka, dedicated to Polish craft drinks, food, and culture.
