• voluntary consent given by the User (for example, by downloading and launching the Application with the location function, contacting the Service Provider (administrator), including by sending an email to the Service Provider, as well as purchasing the Tour through the Payment system of the online store, in detail described in the regulations and privacy policy of the online store);

• the legitimate interest of the Service Provider as a data administrator (for example, in the field of database creation, analytical activities, and profiling, including activities related to the analysis of the use of services, the provision of documentation to defend against possible claims or to make claims);

• obligations arising from the law (for example, tax laws or accounting rules).

The Administrator processes the personal data of the Users, that is, the name, surname, address, email address, or telephone number to respond to the message sent by the User, as well as data on the place and time in which the Mobile device is located in such a way as to ensure the highest the quality of the services provided.

Providing personal data, i.e. name, surname, address, email address, or telephone number, is voluntary, but necessary to contact the Service Provider (administrator).

Expression of consent to the detection of the Mobile Device is voluntary, but it is necessary for the correct functioning of the Application.

Personal data of users is processed for the period necessary for the proper functioning of the Application, until the end of using the Application, as well as during the period of protection of any claims under generally applicable laws.

The Administrator ensures the security of the Users' data also in the event of their transfer to organizations cooperating with the Service Provider. The transfer of personal data to another person does not give the right to use it, but only to process it for the purposes specified in the data transfer agreement and to the extent necessary for the proper provision of services.

To use all the functions of the Application, the User may be required to provide his data to external organizations, that is, primarily to online stores, to pay for the Tour selected by the user. The provision of data to the online store takes place on the terms specified in this online store, this is voluntary, but it is necessary to use the paid functions of the Application.

The user has the following rights to personal data processed by the administrator:

• the right to access your data;

• the right to request the correction of your data;

• the right to request their deletion or restriction of their processing;

• in case of consent to the processing of personal data - the right to withdraw it;

• the right to transfer data;

• the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

The service provider provides access to the Privacy Policy through the Application.

Any changes to the Privacy Policy are valid for the future.
